APERTURE 1940S LOGO HAT

Fun historical fact: in America during the 1940s, brown was the only color used in clothing. In case the Nazis ever invaded, US citizens felt safer being in constant camouflage so they could simply drop to the ground and cover their heads if ever confronted by an enemy combatant. Aperture Laboratories released this hat in 1945 so that citizens no longer had to cover their head when they fell prone. At the public unveiling of this new product, the audience erupted into gleeful cheers, until they heard a loud noise, at which point they all dropped to the ground and covered their heads.

Adjustable with a Velcro strap.
